My water heater broke, and my house flooded. I called FIX and they had a team of guys out here promptly. The guys who came were so helpful, kind and professional. They got everything cleaned up and dried and set me up with a team of people to help with the rebuild. This company is top notch! Daylan, Isaiah and Lance were amazing throughout the entire process! I had an overflow valve failure that flooded not only the bathroom ,but parts of two rooms and the downstairs family room. My plumber recommended FIX. They were at my home in an hour and were very helpful and reassuring. Isaiah and Lance were true professionals. They took right over, explained the process and politely answered all my questions. They had fans ,dehumidifiers and an air purifier in place quickly to avert any mold issues. Once the areas were deemed dry they set about doing the demo work. They left the areas demoed clean and carried out all the construction debris immediately. Isaiah came back for a last check and to retrieve the machinery. It was a pleasure to work with Isaiah and Lance.

Daylan was able to have a technician, Lance out within hours after having a supply line professionally flushed, which was causing a backflow leak under our sink. I could not speak more highly of the professionalism of Lance and the thoroughness that he took on our job to not only ensure that the damage was properly assessed, but also mitigated with proper professional drying and antimicrobial treatments. Truly a class act operation.

Daylan and his team are outstanding. They have very quick response time and are very professional. I have used them for a couple issues at 2 of my retail stores. Each time was needed as soon as possible and both times were available quickly. Right now they are working on another issue for my sister. Same thing, called/emailed and was on-site within a couple hrs or less. Will definitely use them in the future and will recommend to anyone needing any type of restoration services.

FIX was great! The team was so knowledgeable, quick, reassuring and above all else repaired my leak efficiently. They came within an hour of my call, gave us a rough quote, and then got to work right away. In 3 days my bathroom is dry and I don’t have to worry about mold! We have already started to use their team to rebuild my bathroom as well. We have worked with bigger companies in the past for leaks and FIX was far above them all!!
